Testimonials

Monty understood our needs and did not waste our time. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Monty has a great knowledge of the area and we would definitely recommend him.

Lisa Arnold

After deciding to sell our home, we reached out to close friends and family for a list of real estate agents to consider. After interviewing a few real estate agents, we felt that Monty was the best fit for us – he is knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly and trustworthy. As our home is our biggest asset, we wanted someone who we felt confident in when helping us through the selling process. We were very happy with Monty every step of the way, from the pre-listing process including the creation of the marketing materials, through to the showing and selling period, to receiving offers and negotiating the sale. Selling a home can be stressful, but Monty always had time for us and made us feel like he always had our best interests in mind. His honesty and his demeanor were instrumental in getting us not one but three offers on the sale of our home! We highly recommend him for your buying and selling needs and would not hesitate to use him again!

Patricia & Andrew

Highly recommend Monty Gibson to help you find your dream home! It was our first experience looking for a house and we wanted to make sure it had everything we wanted. Monty understood what we were looking for and was not only helpful in finding houses to go view but also very patient with our many questions. Monty always made us feel that finding the right home for us was the number one priority. I cannot recommend Monty enough and will be calling him again when its time to upgrade!
